These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm concerning your use of the Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through the Site and is provided for your information; it is not a contract and does not create contractual obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Borden Law, PLLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable to you or any third person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including any lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold Borden Law, PLLC, and each of its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with (i) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (ii) your violation of any third party right.
By using the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles, will govern these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Any claim or dispute shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any cause of action arising out of or relating to the Site must be commenced within two (2) years after the cause of action accrues.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Firm's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions may be made available in other languages for your convenience. In the event of any conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.
